How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order to the United States.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Our sweaters ship from our supplier's international warehouse, and delivery takes 11-19 days after your order ships. Delivery can take longer during the holiday season.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

If you want your sweater before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 1.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment. We only ship to addresses in the United States.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog's chest (the widest part, just behind the front legs) and back length (from the base of the neck to the base of the tail), then compare with our size guide. If your dog is between two sizes, choose the bigger one.

What if the size doesn't fit?

Email us within 30 days of delivery at petchristmasco@gmail.com and we'll help you with a different size or a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Send us a photo at petchristmasco@gmail.com and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you. You don't need to send the item back.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
