Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed.

Delivery time
Our sweaters ship from our supplier's international warehouse. Delivery takes 11-19 days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during the holiday season.

Christmas delivery
If you want your sweater before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 1.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't guarantee delivery to an incorrect address, so contact us right away if you spot a mistake.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us at petchristmasco@gmail.com and we'll investigate and send a replacement or refund.
