30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pup to love your order. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at petchristmasco@gmail.com.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Send us a photo of the item and we'll ship a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to return the item.

Sizing
If the sweater doesn't fit, contact us and we'll work out a replacement size or a refund. Please check our size guide before ordering.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to show it.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards.
